Welcome to the website of the Receiver, The Stapleton Group, appointed in a civil enforcement action styled Federal Trade Commission v. Automators LLC, et al., Case No. 23-cv-1444-DMS-BGS in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

 

This website is designed to provide convenient access to information about the case and Receivership, regular updates, select District Court proceeding documents, and answers to frequently asked questions.  The website is not intended to duplicate the Court’s electronic case filing system for this case, but it is intended to provide interested parties with important information about the receivership.
